NICHOLAS J. LANZA,
Shareholder
Nick Lanza is a civil trial lawyer and
practices primarily in the area of civil litigation, including
the prosecution and defense of individuals and corporations
in personal injury, property, and business disputes.
Mr. Lanza represents parties in complex
claims involving wrongful death, intentional torts, business
torts, breach of contract, negligence, the Texas Deceptive
Trade Practices Act, Texas Insurance Code, products liability,
and premises liability. He also represents various professionals
under professional errors and omissions liability policies.
Mr. Lanza is also involved in insurance coverage-related
opinions and litigation involving interpretations of contracts
and insurance policies. His clients include families, individuals,
insurance agencies, trucking companies, insurance companies,
and businesses generally.
Mr. Lanza has successfully taken many complex
cases to trial by Judge and jury throughout the State of
Texas. Mr. Lanza is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial
Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He earned
this certification in 1997 and was re-certified in 2002.
He received the President’s Award from the Houston
Young Lawyers Association in 1996. |
