DANIEL W. BURROWS,

Daniel W. Burrows received his B.A. from
the University of Texas at Austin in 1975 and received his
J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1980. Mr. Burrows
was a member of the Law Review at South Texas. Mr. Burrows
served as briefing attorney for the Chief Justice of the
Court of Appeals Seventh Supreme Judicial District 1980-1981.
He was a Director for the Texas Young Lawyer’s Association
from 1984-1986. Mr. Burrows is a member of the Texas Bar
Association as well as the Houston Bar Association. He is
also a member of Texas Association of Defense Counsel.
Mr. Burrows practices primarily in the areas personal injury
litigation, both first and third-party, products liability,
construction defect litigation, premises liability, insurance
law, employment law, appellate practice and worker’s
compensation. Mr. Burrows has presented lectures and given
speeches to both clients and various industry organizations
in various areas of practice.
